Starting with hors d'oeuvres followed by a tasting course dinner, each course will have elements of caviar and a thoughtful pairing from Roederer's extensive portfolio from both France and California.
The highlight of the evening will be a sumptuous eight-course tasting menu experience. We will start with a selection of hors d'oeuvres, each perfectly paired with a different Louis Roederer champagne. This will be followed by a magnificent mulit-course dinner, with each course thoughtfully paired with another exquisite Louis Roederer champagne. The culinary expertise of Chef Jeremy Ford, Chef Dallas Wynne, and their team will shine through as he leads this extraordinary event.
